Kathryn is a proud Birmingham native and Auburn University graduate with a degree in Finance. With her love for the area, the community in Birmingham, and her background in financial strategy, she brings both local insight and practical expertise to every real estate transaction.

Kathryn assists Savannah in coordinating transactions behind the scenes & covering showings when I can’t be in 2 places at once. Best of all, she helps keep Savannah's days on track so nothing ever falls through the cracks.

Kathryn is OF COURSE a licensed Realtor with ARC Realty as well, so you’re in fantastic hands whenever she’s helping out at a showing or during the contract process.
