Savannah is your eyes and ears in Birmingham! She has a keen understanding of the Birmingham Real Estate market and buzz-worthy spots that only a true local could have.

Born & raised on Lake Guntersville, Alabama, Savannah moved to Birmingham in 2017 after graduating from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications: Public Relations and Marketing. She fell in love with all that the Birmingham Metro has to offer, so much so that it inspired her to help others make it their home.

Savannah started her career in residential new construction developments and earned her Broker's License in 2021. She's an award-winning agent who has won Homewood's Best Realtor title in both 2022 and 2023. Her strategic approach to the home buying and selling process has helped her clients win multiple offers and sell homes over list price.

Sellers know she will prepare, market, and position their current property to obtain a timely sale with maximum return, and she takes pride in the trust her clients place in her as she assists them in making sound, educated real estate decisions.

She does whatever she can to ensure her clients feel supported and informed whether they're looking to buy, sell, find an investment property, or if they're moving from out-of-state and need a full weekend tour of Birmingham!

Savannah resides in Hoover, AL with her 2 dogs, Buster & Archie. When she's not house hunting with clients, you can find her at June Coffee, in her kitchen baking, cycling on her Peloton, or trying out the hottest new restaurants!

Kathryn is a proud Birmingham native and Auburn University graduate with a degree in Finance. With her love for the area, the community in Birmingham, and her background in financial strategy, she brings both local insight and practical expertise to every real estate transaction.

Kathryn assists Savannah in coordinating transactions behind the scenes & covering showings when I can’t be in 2 places at once. Best of all, she helps keep Savannah's days on track so nothing ever falls through the cracks.

Kathryn is OF COURSE a licensed Realtor with ARC Realty as well, so you’re in fantastic hands whenever she’s helping out at a showing or during the contract process.
