Working with Savannah was truly a joy as she helped us find our forever home! My wife had followed Savannah for awhile due to her excellent social media presence, so when we decided it was time to move to AL she knew exactly who to reach out to. From the beginning Savannah was an excellent communicator, hearing immediately what we were looking for, adjusting her search, and being flexible with times for us to see houses as we were out of state. On the day we went to tour houses Savannah met us with lattes from a local coffee shop. ☕️She was honest and straightforward with each home we saw, and when we knew we'd found the right one helped us come up with an action plan to make an offer that same day. The process truly could not have gone smoother. Once the offer was accepted she helped us with every step of the way, navigating the finances, FaceTiming for the home inspection, handling negotiations, specialist recommendations, and literally every detail. At closing she was once again fully present, informed, and walked us through all the final steps, giving us the most thoughtful closing gift! Without Savannah we wouldn't have found our dream home we'll raise our family in. And more than an amazing realtor we feel like we also made a new friend (and neighbor!). ❤️🏡 -
